Containers: The reusable containers brought by customers, from our free community sourced bins, or purchased from us.

Products: The sustainable, eco-friendly household, personal, or beauty care items available for refilling or pre-packaged goods. 

3. Refilling Process
Customers who use their own containers must bring clean, dry containers.
We weigh containers before filling and charge based on the product weight.
Containers must be suitable for the intended product (e.g., no leaky containers for liquids).

4. Product Pricing
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
